Very expected game in San Andres Island where 6th rankedMotilones (2-4) were rolled over by second ranked Storm (5-3) 104-83 on Monday. Carrib.Storm dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Motilones ' 36. They outrebounded Motilones 53-39 including 40 on the defensive glass. Carrib.Storm looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The former international forward Romario Roque (180-1998) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 36 points (!!!), 5 rebounds and 10 assists for the winners and chipped in 13 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Storm's coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Chilean point guard Franco Morales (181-1992) responded with 25 points and the former international forward Alejandro Minota (189-1998) scored 16 points and 7 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Carrib.Storm maintains second place with 5-3 record having just two points less than leader Toros Del Valle. Loser Motilones keep the sixth position with four games lost.
