No shocking result in a game when second rankedPaisas (9-3) crushed bottom-ranked Motilones (2-10) in Cucuta 89-48 on Saturday. Paisas outrebounded Motilones 40-25 including a 34-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Paisas shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 56.0 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists comparing to just 5 passes made by Motilones ' players. The winners were led by the former international Soren De Luque (200-1998) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 10 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists and Eric Crawford supported him with 18 points and 5 rebounds (perfect from the field making all six shots). Four Paisas players scored in double figures. Coach 's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play 10 players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Even 7 points by the former international power forward Juan Tello-Palacios (206-1985) did not help to save the game for Motilones .
