The most interesting game of round 10 was a home defeat of 5th rankedCuenca (1-7) by fourth ranked Ambato S. (2-6) who outscored them by 15 points 101-86 in the game for the fourth place. Center Kevin Preciado (-2007) scored 35 points (!!!) and 8 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American guard Shirmane Jeaquan (191-1994, college: GSU) chipped in 21 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assists during the contest. Four Ambato S. players scored in double figures. At the losing side American forward Michael Kirkland (203-1998, college: BENUM, agency: Fully Feared Sports) responded with a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!), 10 rebounds and 4 assists and his fellow American import power forward Jaja Davis (196-1995, college: Montreat) produced a double-double by scoring 25 points and 15 rebounds. Newly promoted Ambato S. maintains fourth position with 2-6 record. Cuenca lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the fifth place with seven games lost.
