It was a key game for the second position in the league. Solola dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Leones ' 36. They outrebounded Leones 49-35 including a 42-27 advantage in defensive rebounds. Canadian Marcus Faison (196-1994, college: Salem St.) scored 24 points and 8 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American center Taliik Ross (213, college: Keyano) chipped in 13 points and 13 rebounds during the contest. Five Solola players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was center Luke Garrison (-1997) with 14 points and 8 rebounds and naturalized American guard David Goddard (185-1989) scored 12 points and 6 rebounds. Solola moved-up to second place. Loser Leones dropped to the third position with three games lost. They share it with Forza and PSN.
