No shocking result in a game when seventh rankedPioneros Los Mochis (15-21) defeated on the road 9th ranked Tijuana Zonkeys (15-21) 97-87 on Saturday. The game was also dominated by American players. Guard Rashad Smith (193, college: Idaho) had a double-double by scoring 24 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and center Myles Carter (206-1997, college: Seattle) chipped in 20 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. Smith is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Five Pioneros Los Mochis players scored in double figures. Swingman Cameron Mitchell (195-1992, college: IU Southeast) responded with 24 points and 5 rebounds and guard Joshua Webster (190-1997, college: Missouri St.) scored 21 points and 5 assists (on 10-of-11 shooting from the field). Tijuana Zonkeys' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Los Mochis maintains seventh position with 15-21 record, which they share with Tijuana.
