No shocking result in a game in Guanajuato where sixth rankedDorados (8-4) won against 11th ranked Abejas (3-7) 83-74 . The winners were led by American Tyren Johnson (202-1988, college: Louisiana) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 27 points and 12 rebounds and the other American import guard Josh Perkins (191-1995, college: Gonzaga, agency: Slash Sports) supported him with 25 points and 5 assists (perfect from downtown making all six shots !!!). Even 17 points by naturalized Puerto Rican guard Joseph Rivera (190-1993) did not help to save the game for Abejas . American forward Jake Kosakowski (198, college: Hawaii-Hilo) added 13 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Dorados have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain sixth position with 8-4 record. Abejas at the other side keep the eleventh place with seven games lost.
