Regular Season Round 13: Santos - Abejas 90-75

Santos can celebrate finally their first win this season after 11 consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat Abejas (3-7) 90-75 on Friday. Santos outrebounded Abejas 49-34 including 19 on the offensive glass. American guard Jaire Grayer (196-1996, college: TCU) fired 24 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Puerto Rican Josue Erazo (203-1995, college: PR-Rio Piedras) chipped in a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds. Four Santos players scored in double figures. Croatian-American point guard Nikolas Tomsick (185-1991, college: Fort Lewis) produced 22 points and American forward Jake Kosakowski (198, college: Hawaii-Hilo) added 16 points respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Santos maintains fourteenth place with 1-11 record. Abejas at the other side keep the eleventh position with seven games lost.
