Everything went according to plan when leaderPanteras (10-0) outplayed 5th ranked Correcaminos (2-8) in Ciudad Victoria 84-50 on Thursday. American players dominated the game. Forward Kennedy Taylor (190-2002, college: Kansas St.) nailed a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds for the winning side and point guard Carlie Littlefield (175-1998, college: UNC, agency: LBM Management) accounted for 22 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). Four Panteras players scored in double figures. Panteras' coach Jean Serrano felt very confident using 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. point guard Jasmine Thomas (175-1991, college: Michigan St.) came up with 13 points and 6 assists and center Dorie Harrison (190-1998, college: Lipscomb) added 12 points and 8 rebounds respectively for Correcaminos in the defeat. The victory was the ninth consecutive win for Panteras . They maintain first place with 10-0 record. Correcaminos lost their seventh game in a row. They keep the fifth position with eight games lost.
