The most shocking disappointment of round 6 was a home defeat of 5th rankedSantas (2-10) to sixth ranked Correcaminos (3-9) 72-68 . It ended the two-game winning streak of Santas . Correcaminos made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game. They also forced 22 Santas turnovers. American center Dorie Harrison (190-1998, college: Lipscomb) scored 22 points and 7 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import guard Gabby Cooper (178, college: Syracuse) chipped in 10 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Four Correcaminos players scored in double figures. Correcaminos' coach Jordi Vizcaino used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. The best for the losing side was American center Jillian Hollingshead (196-2003, college: Tennessee) with 22 points and 5 rebounds and Jamaican forward Christeina Bryan (190-2002, college: Seattle) scored 4 points and 15 rebounds. Correcaminos moved-up to fifth place. Santas at the other side dropped to the bottom position with ten games lost. They share it with Abejas and Freseras.
