Very significant wasJaguares ' (#1, 5-0) victory against 4th ranked Flecheros (2-3) 96-74 . They outrebounded Flecheros 39-27 including 28 on the offensive glass. Jaguares players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. International forward Josmel Martinez (198-1999, college: Broward CC) notched 21 points and 4 assists to lead the effort and the former international Andy Hodgson (200-2002) supported him with 20 points and 6 rebounds. Five Jaguares players scored in double figures. Even 18 points and 9 rebounds by Dominican Franklyn Batista did not help to save the game for Flecheros . Dominican Bernardo Polanco (189-1994) added 17 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Jaguares (5-0) have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain first position with a perfect record of 5 victories in a row. Flecheros at the other side keep the fourth place with three games lost. They share the position with Leones.
