Not a big story in a game in Corinto where 7th rankedTigres (2-7) were defeated by third ranked Flecheros (5-4) 93-79 on Monday. Flecheros outrebounded Tigres 58-45 including 36 on the offensive glass. Flecheros looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was who had a double-double by scoring 22 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists. American power forward Eden Ewing (204-1997, college: Texas Southern) chipped in 19 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Flecheros players scored in double figures. Flecheros' coach used entire bench saving starting five for next games. At the other side the best for losing team was Puerto Rican guard Ezequiel Colon (193-1999, college: Lehman) who recorded a double-double by scoring 26 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assists and added 19 points and 6 rebounds respectively. Flecheros maintains third place with 5-4 record having just two points less than leader Jaguares. Loser Tigres stay at the bottom position with seven games lost.
