Rather predictable result when fourth rankedBrumas (10-5) rolled over bottom-ranked Tigres (3-15) in Corinto 123-71 on Thursday. Brumas shot 60.8 percent from the field. They also forced 30 Tigres turnovers. They shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 53.8 percentage. Brumas looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists. It was an exceptional evening for who led the winners and scored 30 points, 7 assists and 5 steals (on 12-of-15 shooting from the field). American-Puerto Rican forward Jonathan Ocasio (196-1992, college: New Haven) accounted for 13 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side. Five Brumas players scored in double figures. Brumas' coach felt very confident that he used 11 players saving starting five for next games. Cuban Emmanuel Calderon (198-1998) came up with 24 points and American power forward Eden Ewing (204-1997, college: Texas Southern) added 18 points respectively for Tigres in the defeat. Brumas moved-up to third place. Tigres at the other side stay at the bottom position with 15 games lost.
