Hurricane can celebrate their first win this season after two consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat Los Bufalos (1-3) 79-72 on Sunday. Worth to mention a great performance of Micaias Morales who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds and guard Lindell Downs (-2000) who added 14 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. Four Hurricane players scored in double figures. At the losing side forward Webeans Moody (-2001) responded with 19 points and 9 rebounds and center Hans Perez (-2003) scored 11 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Hurricane (1-2) left bottom position moving up to fourteenth place, which they share with La Trinidad. Los Bufalos at the other side dropped to the sixteenth position with three games lost. They share it with 3 other teams.
