TBN top team -Flecheros (9-0) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they crushed seventh ranked Tigres (6-3) 87-53 . It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Tigres. Flecheros dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Tigres ' 30. Flecheros forced 22 Tigres turnovers and outrebounded them 45-34 including 17 on the offensive glass. Flecheros looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by Tigres ' players. The former international swingman Francisco Garth (195-1999) stepped up with a triple-double by scoring 15 points, 14 rebounds, 11 assists and 4 steals for the winners and international Kevin Andino (186-2002) chipped in 18 points and 8 rebounds. Four Flecheros players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Miguel Herrera with 12 points and 8 rebounds and forward Carlos Valdivia scored 8 points and 7 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Flecheros have an impressive series of nine victories in a row. They maintain first place with 9-0 record, which they share with Leones. Tigres at the other side keep the seventh position with three games lost.
