The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Asuncion:San Jose (#3) and Colonias (#2). San Jose (8-1) won against visiting Colonias (7-2) 87-76 . It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of Colonias. It was a key game for the second position in the league. San Jose had a 34-23 advantage in offensive rebounds. Colonias' coach Juan Bidarra rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. San Jose have an impressive six-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place. Colonias at the other side dropped to the third position with two games lost.
