There was no surprise in Montevideo where 10th rankedTrouville (2-7) was defeated by third ranked Aguada (7-3) 83-65 on Tuesday. It was a great evening for American Donald Sims (190-1987, college: App State, agency: Pensack Sports) who led his team to a victory scoring 22 points and 7 assists. His fellow American import forward Emmitt Holt (201-1996, college: Providence) helped adding 16 points and 9 rebounds. Four Aguada players scored in double figures. Cuban power forward Marlon Diaz (200-1998) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds and Argentinian Mateo Bolivar (187-1992) scored 9 points and 8 assists. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Defending champion maintains third place with 7-3 record behind leader Nacional. Trouville lost their third game in a row. They keep the tenth position with seven games lost. They share it with Urupan.
