Another interesting game was again a derby match of two local teams from Montevideo:Nacional (#1) and Urunday (#6). Urunday was smashed at home by 18 points 72-90 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. Nacional looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The winners were led by American-Dominican center James Feldeine (193-1988, college: Quinnipiac) who scored that evening 26 points and Sebastian Ottonello (200-1997) supported him with 13 points and 8 rebounds. Even 20 points and 9 rebounds by U.S. Virgin Islands-Puerto Rican forward Ivan Aska (201-1990, college: Murray St., agency: 011 Sports) did not help to save the game for Urunday . Point guard Fernando Martinez (173-1979) added 11 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Nacional (9-0) have an impressive nine-game winning streak. They maintain first position with a perfect record of 9 victories in a row. Newly promoted Urunday keeps the sixth place with five games lost. They share the position with Defensor and Bigua.
