Everything could happen in Montevideo at the game between two tied teams. Both eighth rankedCordon and 9th ranked Urunday had identical 6-9 record. But Urunday was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from Montevideo 87-77 on Monday night. Cordon made 19-of-21 free shots (90.5 percent) during the game.
