The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss ofD.Sporting (3-1) in Montevideo on Sunday night. Visitors were defeated by sixth ranked Lagomar (2-1) 67-62 . Lagomar forced 29 D.Sporting turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Catalina Tano (174-2003) who helped to win the game recording 24 points and 8 steals and Paraguayan forward Natalia Quevedo (170-1998) who added 15 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side Sofia Herrera (179-2005) responded with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 17 rebounds and center Josefina Rivera (177-1998) scored 18 points and 7 rebounds. Five D.Sporting players scored in double figures. D.Sporting's coach Fabian Boscardin rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Lagomar moved-up to third place, which they share with Malvin and 25 de Agosto. Defending champion D.Sporting dropped to the second position with one game lost.
