An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Montevideo. Third rankedYale faced 4th ranked Aguada . Host Yale (11-3) smashed guests from Aguada (6-9) 72-51 . Yale forced 21 Aguada turnovers and outrebounded them 43-30 including a 19-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Carina Laborde (170-2004) who helped to win the game recording 15 points and 4 steals and Argentinian point guard Julieta Sienra (161-2003) who added 14 points during the contest. Yale's coach Gino Alderete felt very confident using 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Argentinian swingman Agustina Garcia (173-1996) responded with 14 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals and Julieta Pomies scored 14 points. Yale have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Malvin. Aguada lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourth position with nine games lost.
