This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their 15th consecutive match to ninth ranked Tabare (4-11) 59-48 on Saturday evening. Tabare forced 21 Cordon turnovers and outrebounded them 48-34 including 16 on the offensive glass. Forward Matilde Talamas (-2006) nailed a double-double by scoring 13 points and 16 rebounds for the winning side and forward Chiara Collazo (174-2001) accounted for 13 points and 10 rebounds. Forward Victoria Cardone (160-1994) came up with 13 points and 8 rebounds and Luana Cardozo added 13 points respectively for Cordon in the defeat. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Tabare maintains ninth place with 4-11 record. Newly promoted Cordon still closes the standings with 15 games lost.
