Another exciting game was a derby match between two teams from Montevideo:Nacional (#2) and Bigua (#7). Bigua was crushed at home by 17 points 93-110 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. Nacional shot the lights out from three nailing 20 long-distance shots on high 58.8 percentage. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American-Dominican center James Feldeine (193-1988, college: Quinnipiac) who helped to win the game recording 30 points and 4 assists. American forward Connor Zinaich (201-1997, college: Nova SE) contributed with 20 points, 6 rebounds and 4 blocks for the winners. American center Franklin Hassell (205-1988, college: ODU) answered with 27 points and 8 rebounds (on 13-of-16 shooting from the field) and Dominican Jhery Matos (196-1996, college: Charlotte) added 20 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Bigua. Four Bigua players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Nacional (5-1) have an impressive series of five victories in a row. Defending champion maintains second place having just one point less than leader Penarol. Bigua at the other side dropped to the sixth position with three games lost. They share it with 3 other teams.
