Another exciting game forDefensor (4-3) which played in Montevideo against U.Atletica (3-4). Sixth ranked Defensor saved the game by a tiny margin of one point 75-74 . Defensor outrebounded U.Atletica 35-24 including 29 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Facundo Terra (187-1998) who helped to win the game recording 23 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists and center Theo Metzger (200-1999) who added 20 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Naturalized Italian point guard Mateo Giano (186-2000) responded with 21 points and American swingman Isaiah Ross (193-1996, college: Iona) scored 18 points. Four U.Atletica players scored in double figures. Defensor moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Aguada. Newly promoted U.Atletica dropped to the seventh position with four games lost. They share it with Bigua and Urunday.
