Another interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Montevideo:Nacional (#2) and Urunday (#7). Nacional (6-1) smashed visiting Urunday (3-4) by 34 points 104-70 . Nacional dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Urunday 's 32. Nacional forced 19 Urunday turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The winners were led by Panamanian power forward Ezequiel Bell (202-1999) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and American forward Connor Zinaich (201-1997, college: Nova SE) supported him with 17 points and 8 rebounds. Five Nacional players scored in double figures. Even 8 points and 10 rebounds by Bruno Curadossi (191-2004) did not help to save the game for Urunday . point guard Mateo Sarni (185-1998) added 7 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Nacional have an impressive six-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains second position with 6-1 record having just one point less than leader Penarol. Loser Urunday keeps the seventh place with four games lost. They share the position with U.Atletica and Bigua.
