Another exciting game was again a derby between two teams from Montevideo:U.Atletica (#6) and Nacional (#3). U.Atletica (11-11) won against visiting Nacional (14-8) 91-81 . U.Atletica brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. It was a great evening for American forward Ty Prince (198-1999, college: UMHB) who led his team to a victory scoring 21 points and 8 rebounds. Naturalized Italian forward Juan Ducasse (208-1998, college: Santa Clara) helped adding 14 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 blocks. Five U.Atletica players scored in double figures. Guard Agustin Mendez (180-2003) responded with 19 points and 4 assists and Panamanian power forward Ernesto Oglivie (203-1989) scored 19 points. Despite that victory U.Atletica went down to seventh position due to points difference, which they share with Bigua. Defending champion Nacional keeps the third place with eight games lost. They share the position with Malvin.
