Very expected game when 9th rankedFrontinos (5-8) lost to fifth ranked Trotamundos (7-6) in La Asuncion 52-69 on Saturday. Trotamundos forced 21 Frontinos turnovers. The winners were led by American power forward Torren Jones (206-1994, college: William Penn) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds and the other American import Hollis Thompson (203-1991, college: Georgetown) supported him with 11 points and 10 rebounds. Even 13 points and 5 rebounds by forward Jovanni Diaz (203-1990) did not help to save the game for Frontinos . The former international center Miguel Bolivar (205-1992) added 6 points and 9 rebounds for the guests. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Trotamundos maintains fifth position with 7-6 record, which they share with Brillantes. Frontinos lost fifth consecutive game. They dropped to the tenth place with eight games lost.
