Regular Season Round 8: Heroes - Diablos 90-80

Heroes ' fans can finally celebrate the first win of their team after four consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat Diablos (2-4) 90-80 on Tuesday. Heroes had a 32-21 advantage in offensive rebounds. Colombian forward Michaell Jackson (198-1987) orchestrated the victory by scoring 27 points and 4 assists. Nigerian center Jason Jitoboh (211-2001, college: Tennessee St., agency: JCK Sports Group) contributed with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 15 rebounds for the winners. Four Heroes players scored in double figures. Guard Edry Gonzalez (185-1998) replied with 20 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists and American swingman ArMond Davis (197-1995, college: UCSB) added 23 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Diablos. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Heroes (1-4) left bottom position moving up to tenth place, which they share with Panteras. Diablos at the other side keep the ninth position with four games lost.
