Regular Season Round 24: Centauros - Cocodrilos 76-81

There was no surprise in Margarita where 12th rankedCentauros (2-12) were defeated by third ranked Cocodrilos (11-3) 81-76 on Sunday. Worth to mention a great performance of Dominican Diego Colon (188-2001) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 4 assists and the former international forward Luis Bethelmy (200-1986) who added 10 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was Dominican swingman Luis Martinez (196-2000) with 26 points and guard Douglas Rondon (175-1995) scored 19 points. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Cocodrilos have an impressive five-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Spartans. Centauros lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the twelfth position with 12 games lost.
