There was no surprise in Buenos Aires where 11th ranked Lanus (12-16) was defeated by second ranked Estudiantes O. (19-9) 86-74 on Friday. Center Cristian Scaramuzzino (205-1992) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds for the winners and point guard Martin Cabrera (179-1996) chipped in 20 points and 7 assists.
