Here is the weekly review of the top performing Argentinian players, who play currently abroad.
#1. This week's number one is former international center
Agustin Caffaro (211-1995, currently plays in Uruguay). He could not help
Sayago (1-7) in their last game on Friday. Despite Caffaro's very good performance the bottom-ranked Sayago was defeated
76-66 at home by the second-ranked U.Atletica.
He recorded a double-double by scoring 23 points and getting 11 rebounds.
There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical.
Caffaro has relatively good stats this season: 14.6ppg, 6.9rpg, 1.3apg, 1.1bpg, 2FGP: 51.5%, 3FGP: 33.3% and FT: 67.4%.
He played for the Argentinian senior national team year ago.
#2. Second place goes to former international forward
Fabian Ramirez (200-1990, currently plays in Uruguay). Ramirez led
Cordon to an easy victory against the 12th-ranked Stockolmo (2-6)
89-70 in a derby game in the Uruguayan Metropolitan (second division) on Friday night.
He scored 12 points, grabbed 7 boards, handed out 4 passes and blocked 3 shots (was perfect 6-for-6 from the free throw line) in 28 minutes.
Atletico Cordon Montevideo (7-1) is placed first in the Metropolitan.
It was his team's sixth consecutive victory in a row.
There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial.
This year Ramirez has relatively solid stats: 14.1ppg, 7.8rpg, 2.8apg, 1.4bpg, 1.3spg, 2FGP: 71.9%(23-32), 3FGP: 35.1% and FT: 75.7% in eight games he played so far.
He played for the Argentinian national team in 20.
#3. The Argentinian player who performed third best last week abroad was former international power forward
Kevin Hernandez (205-1991, currently plays in Mexico). He was not able to help
Abejas in their game against Soles (1-1) in the Mexican LNBP (second division).
Hernandez recorded 6 points and grabbed 6 rebounds.
The fourth-placed Abejas (1-1) was crushed
87-64 on their home court in Guanajuato by the second-ranked Soles in the West group.
But the season just started, so everything may happen.
Hernandez's overall stats this year are: 4.0ppg, 6.0rpg, 1.5apg, 1.5spg, 2FGP: 28.6%.
He played for the Argentinian national team year ago.
#4. Point guard
Juan Brussino (185-1991, currently plays in Mexico) led
Dorados to a victory over the fifth-ranked Halcones UV Xalapa (0-2)
97-84 in the Mexican LNBP (second division) in Saturday night's game.
Brussino was MVP of the game. He recorded 24 points and added 4 assists in 35 minutes.
Dorados de Chihuahua (2-0) is placed first in East group.
But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen.
Brussino has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 17.0ppg, 2.0rpg, 4.5apg and 1.5spg in two games.

#5. Former international forward
Franco Giorgetti (203-1992, currently plays in Mexico) is a teammate of previously mentioned Juan Brussino. But that was another game of his team in Mexican LNBP which we would like to mention.
Giorgetti was the major contributor in
Dorados' victory against the fifth-ranked Halcones UV Xalapa (0-2)
83-82.
He recorded 18 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 35 minutes.
Dorados de Chihuahua (2-0) is placed first in East group.
Giorgetti has reliable stats this year: 15.0ppg, 4.0rpg and 1.5spg in two games.

#6. Power forward
Pablo Alderete (198-1993, currently plays in Ecuador) was the main contributor in a
Punto Rojo's victory against the closely-ranked Triple E-Uda (4-4)
81-67 in the Ecuadorian National League in Wednesday night's game.
Alderete was the best player in that game. He recorded a double-double by scoring 22 points and getting 14 rebounds. Alderete also added 5 assists.
It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Punto Rojo LR (8-2) is placed first in the National League.
It was his team's sixth consecutive victory in a row.
The Regular Season already ended.
This season Alderete has very high stats. He averages: 18.0ppg, 9.6rpg, 3.9apg and 1.3spg.
Alderete is a former U16 international player as he played for the Argentinian team year ago.
#7. Former U17 international center
Lautaro Viatri (202-2005, currently plays in Uruguay) was not able to secure a victory for
Lagomar (4-7) in their game against Verdirrojo (2-6) in the Uruguayan Metropolitan (second division). He cannot count Friday's game as one of the best ones.
Viatri scored only 2 points. It was his first game for Lagomar this season.
Lagomar was crushed
92-65 in a derby game by the one of league's weakest teams Verdirrojo (#13).
It was Lagomar's third consecutive loss in a row.
His team will play only one more game in the Regular Season.
Viatri used to play for the Argentinian U17 national team
years ago.
#8. Center
Cristian Scaramuzzino (206-1992, currently plays in Uruguay) contributed to an easy victory against the 11th-ranked Miramar (2-6) crushing them
89-64 in the Uruguayan Metropolitan (second division) last Tuesday.
He had a double-double by scoring 15 points and getting 13 rebounds. Scaramuzzino also added 2 blocks in 30 minutes.
Colon F.C. (6-2) is placed fourth in the Metropolitan.
It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row.
There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season.
Scaramuzzino averaged so far 13.8ppg, 7.5rpg, 1.5apg, 1.5bpg and 1.1spg in eight games.
He used to play for the Argentinian U18 national team
back in 10.
The list of other players, who all have Argentinian passport but never been selected to any of Argentinian national teams: #1. Joseph Avila, who plays in the Mexican LNBP (second division) could not help
Fuerza Regia (13-3) in their last game. Despite his good performance the first-placed Fuerza Regia (13-3) was edged
75-72 on the road by the lower-ranked (#3) Libertadores in the East group.
Avila recorded 11 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in 26 minutes.
But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen.
This year Avila averages: 9.0ppg, 6.5rpg, 3.5apg and 1.5spg in two games he played so far.
#2. Manuel Lambrisca (192-G/F-1997, currently plays in Chile) was the major contributor in a
Boston College's victory against the 12th-ranked Stadio Italiano (4-9)
77-65 in a derby game in the Chilean LNB 2 (second division) in Saturday night's game.
Lambrisca recorded a double-double by scoring 19 points and getting 11 rebounds. He also added 6 assists and 2 blocks.
C.D. Boston College Santiago (8-5) is placed eighth in the LNB 2.
It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row.
They will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And that game will be critical.
Lambrisca has individually a very good season with high stats. He averages: 19.0ppg, 5.7rpg and 2.7apg.
#3. Joaquin Gamazo (198-PF-1991, currently plays in Bolivia) was not able to help
La Salle in their game against Leones (10-2) in the Bolivian Libobasquet, despite his very good performance last Wednesday.
Gamazo had a double-double by scoring 20 points and getting 16 rebounds. He also added 5 assists in 40 minutes.
But La Salle lost
75-88 to the second-ranked Leones.
Gamazo has very impressive stats this year: 25.6ppg, 14.0rpg and 3.3apg in 10 games.
#4. Ernesto Rodriguez (178-G-1990, currently plays in Puerto Rico) was not able to secure a victory for
Gigantes (13-4) in their game against Capitanes (22-10) in the Puerto Rican BSN.
He scored 5 points.
Gigantes was defeated
101-89 in Arecibo by the leading Capitanes in the Group B.
Rodriguez's overall stats this season are: 2.8ppg, 1.2rpg and 1.3apg.
#5. Federico Herrera (200-F/C-1993, currently plays in Chile) led
Sportiva Italiana to an easy victory against the 13th-ranked Luis Matte (4-10) crushing them
98-61 in the Chilean LNB 2 (second division) last Sunday.
He scored 12 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 21 minutes.
Sportiva Italiana Valparaiso (10-1) is placed second in the LNB 2.
It was his team's eighth consecutive victory in a row.
They will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And now that game is very crucial.
This year Herrera's overall stats are: 9.0ppg, 7.7rpg, 1.9apg and 1.3spg in nine games.
#6. Franco Benitez (199-F-1994, currently plays in Paraguay) led
San Jose to an easy victory against the bottom-ranked Libertad Asuncion crushing them
123-68 in a derby game in the Paraguayan LNB in Monday night's game.
He recorded 17 points in 21 minutes.
Benitez averaged so far 14.5ppg, 7.9rpg and 1.2apg in 15 games.
#7. Experienced
Eduardo Gamboa (189-SG-1984, currently plays in Bolivia) is a teammate of previously mentioned Joaquin Gamazo and both played together in the last Bolivian Libobasquet game.

La Salle in their game against Leones. Despite his good performance last Wednesday He recorded 10 points.

#8. Fernando Dose (200-F-1994, currently plays in Paraguay) is a teammate of previously mentioned Franco Benitez and both played together in the last Paraguayan LNB game.
Dose contributed to an easy victory against the bottom-ranked Libertad Asuncion crushing them
123-68 in a derby game.
He recorded 8 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists in 27 minutes.
Dose averaged so far 14.9ppg, 5.1rpg and 2.9apg in 16 games.
He has a dual citizenship: Argentinian and Paraguayan.
#9. Sebastian Picton (197-F-1992, currently plays in Paraguay) is a teammate of previously mentioned Franco Benitez. But that was another game of his team in Paraguayan LNB which we would like to mention.
Picton led
San Jose to a 3-point victory against the third-ranked Colonias Gold
73-70 in a derby game.
He scored 11 points and grabbed 6 rebounds.

#10. Sebastian Alvarez (185-PG-1989, currently plays in Uruguay) led
Colon to an easy victory against the tenth-ranked San Telmo RS
98-82 in the Uruguayan Metropolitan (second division) on Friday night.
Alvarez scored 13 points.
Alvarez's stats this season are: 12.4ppg, 3.1rpg, 2.3apg and 1.4spg.
