After 8 rounds played we can already see who rules in the La Liga Argentina and who belongs to weaker ones. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of Del Progreso (2-1) in General Roca on Wednesday night. Hosts were edged by Zarate Basket (5-0) 82-80. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Del Progreso. Zarate Basket shot the lights out from three sinking 12 long-distance shots on high 52.2 percentage. Worth to mention a great performance of center Sebastian Chaine (201-1986) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 7 rebounds and swingman Lorenzo Capponi (191-1994) who added 13 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Forward Facundo Sanz (197-1996, agency: BIG) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 16 rebounds. Del Progreso's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Undefeated Zarate Basket have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 5-0 record. Del Progreso at the other side keeps the seventh place with one game lost. They share the position with 3 other teams. Zarate Basket will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Del Progreso will play again at home against the league's leader Zarate Basket (#1) and is hoping to prove to their fans that this time they can win.
CAO Ceres has finally registered their first victory this season after five consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat Independiente (1-5) 86-80. Even 20 points and 6 rebounds by swingman Daniel Tabbia (195-1993) did not help to save the game for Independiente. CAO Ceres left bottom position moving up to thirteenth place, which they share with Independiente and Pilar. It was Independiente's fourth loss in a row.
