There are only two more rounds left in the Regular Season in La Liga Argentina. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

An interesting game for Zarate Basket (23-8) which played road game in Rio Negro against 4th placed Dep Viedma (19-11). Second ranked Zarate Basket managed to get a 7-point victory 77-70. It was a good game for swingman Lorenzo Capponi (191-1994) who led his team to a victory with 20 points. Agustin Brocal (191-1997) contributed with 17 points for the winners. Maximiliano Tabieres (198-1989) answered with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 13 rebounds for Dep Viedma. Zarate Basket maintains second place with 23-8 record having just two points less than leader Racing. Dep Viedma at the other side keeps the fourth position with 11 games lost. Zarate Basket are looking forward to face H.Americano (#5) in Rio Gallegos in the next round. Dep Viedma will play at home against Rocamora and is hoping to prove to their supporters that the loss was just an accident.

The visitors from Buenos Aires managed to secure only two-point victory 73-71. However their fans expected much easier game. Santiago Bruera nailed 17 points and 9 rebounds for the winning side. Lanus' coach Sebastian Saborido used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Facundo Sanz came up with 24 points and 8 rebounds for Del Progreso in the defeat. Lanus maintains sixth place with 17-15 record, which they share with Independiente. Del Progreso lost fifth consecutive game. They dropped to the thirteenth position with 21 games lost. They share it with Jachal. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.

There were no big surprises in other games of round 45: Jachal was beaten by Ameghino on the road 82-64. Montmartre won against Echague on its own court 85-68. Colon SF managed to outperform Tucuman in Santa Fe 89-81. Pico FC managed to beat Rocamora at home 89-72. Rocamora was crushed by Del Progreso on the opponent's court 95-75. Pico FC beat Lanus in a home game 93-78. Quilmes MP lost to Dep Viedma on the road 67-76. Jachal unfortunately lost to Libertad on its own court 70-83. Colon SF was rolled over Independiente in Santiago del Estero 59-94. Estudiantes C. defeated Parque Sur at home 98-81. Echague beat Independiente on the opponent's court 86-78.
The most impressive performance of 45th round was 14 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists by Emiliano Correa of Independiente.



Quilmes MP - Racing 73-77
