The most exciting game of round 26 in the La Liga Argentina took place in Rivadavia. Suardi have an impressive eight-game winning streak. Newly promoted Suardi maintains first position with 13-2 record. Villa S.Martin at the other side keeps the third place with six games lost. They share the position with GEPU. Suardi will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Villa S.Martin will play at home against Montmartre and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Leader Racing delivered the fourteenth victory on Wednesday night. This time they crushed 5th ranked Pilar (11-7) 93-70 in Chivilcoy. Santiago Assum scored 15 points and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners. Dishon Lowery responded with 20 points and 6 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Racing have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 14-10 record. Loser Pilar keeps the fifth place with seven games lost. Racing will meet Pergamino (#15) on the road in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Pilar will play against Ciclista (#13) in Junin and hope to secure a win.

Dep Viedma - Quilmes MP 86-70

There was no surprise in Rio Negro where 13th ranked Quilmes MP (6-11) was defeated by fourth ranked Dep Viedma (12-5) 86-70 on Tuesday. Maximiliano Tabieres (198-1989) scored 17 points and 9 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Luciano Tambucci (194-1998) chipped in 11 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Swingman Lisandro Fernandez (194-1998, agency: BIG) responded with 22 points and 5 rebounds and the former international point guard Luis Cequeira (179-1985) scored 16 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Dep Viedma moved-up to second place, which they share with Lanus and Pico FC. Loser Quilmes MP keeps the thirteenth position with 11 games lost. They share it with Ciclista.
