The most important game in the last round took place in Santiado del Estero between third ranked Atenas (3-3) and tenth ranked Quimsa (3-2) on Tuesday night. Atenas was crushed by Quimsa on the road 102-66. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Atenas. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Quimsa made 7 blocks. The best player for the winners was the former international Leonardo Lema (203-1998) who had a double-double by scoring 23 points and 11 rebounds. American Brandon Robinson (196-1989, college: Clayton St.) chipped in 18 points and 8 rebounds.
