The victory was the third consecutive win for Argentino. They maintain nineteenth place with 6-20 record. Racing Ch. lost their third game in a row. Newly promoted team keeps the eighteenth position with 19 games lost. Argentino will meet at home higher ranked Independ.O. There were no shocking results in the rest of the games of round 37: San Martin lost to Obera on the opponent's court 62-73. Regatas was outscored by San Lorenzo in a home game 69-89. Ferro managed to beat Olimpico on the road 72-69. La Union was defeated by Gimnasia on its own court 77-86. Platense was beaten by Penarol in Mar del Plata 79-72. Boca Juniors lost to Instituto at home 81-86.

Very expected game when 12th ranked San Martin (12-15) was defeated on the road by fifth ranked Obera (16-9) 73-62 on Thursday.
