There are only two more rounds left in the Regular Season in La Liga. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most surprising game was a loss of top-ranked Gimnasia (23-12) in Comodoro Rivadavia on Saturday night. Hosts were defeated by sixth ranked Instituto (21-14) 84-77. It ended at the same time the ten-game winning streak of Gimnasia. It was a good game for the former international Javier Saiz (206-1994) who led his team to a victory with 27 points and 7 rebounds. The former international Leonel Schattmann (193-1987) contributed with 22 points and 4 assists for the winners. point guard Martiniano Dato (188-2004) replied with 15 points for Gimnasia. Gimnasia's coach Pablo Favarel rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Instituto moved-up to fifth place. Gimnasia at the other side still keeps top position with 12 games lost. Instituto are looking forward to face higher ranked Obras (#4) in Buenos Aires in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Gimnasia will have a break next round.
Very important is a road loss of third ranked Obera (22-12) against sixteenth ranked Racing Ch. (14-21) on Friday night. Visiting Obera was defeated by Racing Ch. in a tough game in Chivilcoy 84-91. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Joaquin Valinotti (185-1998) who helped to win the game recording 25 points and 4 assists and Alejo Barrales who added 14 points (perfect from the field making all six shots) during the contest. The best for the losing side was American-Mexican forward Daviyon Draper (200-1994, college: FIU) with 19 points and 9 rebounds. Obera's coach Fabio Demti tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Racing Ch. moved-up to fourteenth place. Obera at the other side dropped to the second position with 12 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
The game between sixth ranked Regatas (20-13) and 13th ranked Olimpico (15-21) in Corrientes on Friday ended with biggest points difference. Regatas outscored guests from La Banda 99-75. The winners were led by Juan Tello-Palacios who scored that evening 17 points and 9 rebounds. Regatas' coach Juan Manuel Varas felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even 15 points and 7 rebounds by Dennis McKinney did not help to save the game for Olimpico. Regatas have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain sixth position with 20-13 record. Loser Olimpico keeps the thirteenth place with 21 games lost. Regatas will meet Platense (#15) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Olimpico will have a break next round.
