Regular Season Round 1: Puente Alto - Quilicura 86-68

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Quilicura on the court of Puente Alto on Saturday night. Visitors were defeated by Puente Alto 86-68. Puente Alto forced 19 Quilicura turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international guard Erik Carrasco (181-83) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 22 points, 10 rebounds, 9 assists and 5 steals. Center Lorenzo Cifuentes (-95) contributed with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 11 rebounds (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field) for the winners. The former international Marcelo Lopez (-91) answered with 22 points and the former international forward Jose Campos (189-80) added 23 points in the effort for Quilicura. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Puente Alto are looking forward to face Los Leones in Quilpue in the next round. Quilicura will play at home against Universidad Catolica and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
