Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.
Western Ballaz - Tiger Sharks 96-87 There was no surprise in San Ignacio where 7th ranked Tiger Sharks (1-4) were defeated by fifth ranked Western Ballaz (3-2) 96-87 on Friday. Worth to mention a great performance of American swingman Mark Gordon (196, college: Keiser) who helped to win the game recording 39 points (!!!) and 7 rebounds and center Macario Augustine who added 6 points and 22 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side American swingman Kyle Steward (201-1995, college: UMKC) responded with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds and point guard Francis Arana (180-1997) scored 20 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals. Four Tiger Sharks players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Western Ballaz moved-up to third place, which they share with Defenders and Red Taigaz. Tiger Sharks lost third consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with four games lost. Defenders were defeated at home 85-91 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international Brian White (196-1995, college: Wesley) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 20 points and 14 rebounds. American forward James Stanback (198, college: Camden County) contributed with 30 points for the winners.
