The most exciting game of round 3 in the BEBL took place in Dangriga. This derby game ended with only three-point home defeat of Dream Ballers (1-2) to Tiger Sharks (3-0) 77-74 on Saturday evening. Tiger Sharks forced 24 Dream Ballers turnovers and outrebounded them 63-40 including a 41-25 advantage in defensive rebounds. 24 personal fouls committed by Dream Ballers helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for point guard Francis Arana (180-1997) who led his team to a victory with 22 points and 9 rebounds. Keon Rowland contributed with 19 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. American Deshawn Brackett (178-2001) answered with 33 points (!!!) and 4 steals for Dream Ballers. Tiger Sharks are looking forward to face Western Ballaz (#3) in San Ignacio in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Dream Ballers will play at home against Panthers and are hoping to prove to their supporters that this time they can win.

Worth to mention a quality performance of American forward Marquis Cunningham (208-1995, college: UAPB) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 16 points, 15 rebounds and 4 blocks. Jaden Sutherland helped adding 15 points and 6 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American power forward Jamaal Clifton (198-1998, college: Langston) with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 17 rebounds.
