There are only two more rounds left in the Regular Season in NBB. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most shocking disappointment of round 20 was only two-point a home defeat of second-ranked Minas (14-3) to third ranked Flamengo (15-2) 87-85. It ended the five-game winning streak of Minas. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Strangely Minas outrebounded Flamengo 40-27 including 31 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of who helped to win the game recording 19 points and American Markeith Cummings (198-1988, college: KSU) who added 21 points during the contest. Winicius Braga responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 13 rebounds. Minas' coach Leonardo Costa tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Flamengo have a solid four-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Pinheiros. Minas at the other side dropped to the third place with three games lost. They share the position with Sesi/Franca. Flamengo's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Rio de Janeiro to the arena Vasco.
NBB top team - Pinheiros (15-2) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat seventh ranked Sao Jose (10-7) in Sao Paulo 98-83. The winners were led by American point guard David Sloan (183-1999, college: ETSU) who scored that evening 30 points and 5 assists and Caua De Souza supported him with 13 points and 4 assists. Even 18 points and 5 rebounds by the former international guard Adyel Borges (190-2002) did not help to save the game for Sao Jose. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Pinheiros have an impressive 11-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 15-2 record, which they share with Flamengo. Sao Jose at the other side keeps the seventh place with seven games lost. Pinheiros will play against Botafogo (#19) in Rio de Janeiro in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Sao Jose will play at home against U.Corinthians (#11) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
An interesting game took place in Sao Paulo where 6th ranked Corinthians (11-6) was upset on the court of ninth ranked Paulistano (10-8) 86-81 on Tuesday.
