Czarni signs Eral Penn

Energa Icon Sea Czarni Slupsk (OBL) signed 27-year old American (has also British V.Islands passport) forward Eral Penn (201cm-100kg-1998, college: DePaul). He already started the season at EWE Baskets Oldenburg in German BBL league. In 7 games he had 5.1ppg and 2.6rpg. Last season he played at CS Valcea 1924 Rm Valcea (Liga Nationala) in Romanian league, where he recorded 12.3ppg, 6.7rpg, and 1.1apg in 41 games. Penn helped them reach the semifinals. In 2024-25, he was named to Eurobasket.com All-Romanian League Honorable Mention.
He has also played professionally in Romania and Serbia, between KK FMP SoccerBet Beograd and KK Dynamic Vip Pay Beograd.
His college team won the NEC Tournament in 2018.
Penn graduated from De Paul University in 2023 and it's his third season as a pro player. He also played for Long Island University for 5 years.
