This time they beat Castro (0-2) in Osorno 92-78. 25 personal fouls committed by Castro helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a great evening for U.S. Virgin Islands-American swingman Jahsean Corbett (198-2002, college: Duquesne, agency: Helping Ballers) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 29 points and 12 rebounds. Cristobal Martinez (187-2004) helped adding 11 points, 11 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 steals. The best for the losing side was Puerto Rican guard GianFranco Grafals (193, college: Nova SE) with 19 points, 5 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 steals.
Colo Colo (1-1) crushed at home Espanol (0-2) by 19 points 90-71, which is the biggest margin this round. It was a quality performance for Argentinian center Julian Lorca (207-2003) who led the winners and scored 18 points and 8 rebounds. Alejo Britos accounted for 11 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. Colo Colo's coach Ernesto Menchaca used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. In the last two games of round 3 winless Ancud lost to undefeated Valdivia on the opponent's court 78-97. Puerto Varas managed to outperform Puerto Montt in a home game 86-81.
