Chilean LNB round 4 (Second Stage) best performance: Kevin Allen

American Center Kevin Allen (211-C-1994, agency: Inception Sports) had a great game in the last round for Club Deportivo Valdivia, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 4 (Second Stage).
The 32-year old player had a double-double of 22 points and 10 rebounds, while his team beat Puente Alto (#7, 6-9) 85-77. Valdivia maintains the 3rd position in Chilean LNB. Valdivia has a very good season and are considered to have a run for the championship title. They improved their record to 11-1. Allen turned to be Valdivia's top player in his first season with the team. Kevin Allen averages this season 15.5ppg and 7.5rpg.

The second best player in last round's games was American Ocypher Owens (201-F) of Club Deportes Puente Alto. Owens had a very good evening with a double-double of 25 points and 12 rebounds. Bad luck as Puente Alto lost that game 77-85 to the higher-ranked Valdivia (#3, 11-1). Puente Alto managed to keep the same 7th spot in the standings. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 6-9 record. Owens is a newcomer at Puente Alto, but is already one of team's top players.

Third on the list of top players last round was American guard Devante Wallace (196-SG-1992, agency: BIG) of Colo Colo Santiago (#12). Wallace showcased his all-around game by recording 14 points, 11 rebounds (!!!) and 9 assists in the last round. He was a key player of Colo Colo, leading his team to a 115-76 easy win against slightly lower-ranked Espanol T. (#13, 1-12). Colo Colo can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 4-11 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Wallace has a very solid season. In 6 games in Chile he scored 17.5ppg. He also has 7.8rpg, 4.8apg, 2.5spg and a FGP of 53.7%.
