Chilean LNB round 9 best performance: Kai Mitchell-Watkins (by Hoops Agents)

American Power forward Kai Mitchell-Watkins (201-F/C-1997) had a great game in the last round for CEB Puerto Montt, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 9.
The 29-year old player was the main contributor (24 points, nine rebounds and three assists) to his team's victory, helping them to edge out Espanol O. (#2, 5-2) 82-79. Puerto Montt is placed at 6th position in Chilean LNB. Too late to salvage the team, which is currently ranked such low. They already lost 6 games and recorded just two victories. Third on the list of top players last round was another Espanol O.'s star - U.S. Virgin Islands swingman Jahsean Corbett (198-G/F-2002, agency: Helping Ballers). Corbett scored 29 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. Despite Corbett's great performance the CD Espanol Osorno lost 79-82 to the lower-ranked Puerto Montt (#6, 2-6). But his team cannot count on just these two top stars as they also need help of the other teammates. The last thing Espanol needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams in the Sur. Their record is 5 victories and 2 lost games. Corbett has a great season in Chile. After only 7 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 24.9ppg (best scorer).
