Corbett's 35-point game gives him Player of the Week award

24-year old ISV-USAn swingman Jahsean Corbett (198-G/F-2002, agency: Helping Ballers) had an amazing evening in the last round for CD Espanol Osorno and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 11.
He had the game-high 35 points adding six rebounds and two assists for Espanol O. as his team was edged out by Las Animas (#6, 3-7) 94-91. Espanol moved-up to the 4th position in Chilean league. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Espanol will need to avoid more loses keep or improve their 5-4 record. Corbett turned to be Espanol's top player in his first season with the team. University of Duquesne graduate has very impressive stats this year. Corbett is league's best scorer averaging so far 25.3ppg. Corbett is in league's top in and averages solid 55.6% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Ja'Heim Hudson (201-F-2001). He is American forward in his first season at Espanol O.. In the last game Hudson recorded an impressive double-double of 22 points and 12 rebounds. Bad luck as CD Espanol Osorno was edged by slightly lower-ranked Las Animas (#6, 3-7) 94-91. This loss caused Espanol to drop to 4th position in Sur. His team's 5-4 record is not bad at all. Hudson is a newcomer at Espanol and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 19.3ppg (#8). He also registered 10.0 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to center Tevin Glass (203-C-1994) of Club Deportes Las Animas (#6). Glass scored 23 points and grabbed 14 rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Las Animas, leading his team to a 94-91 win against slightly higher-ranked Espanol O. (#4, 5-4). The chances of Las Animas not to end season at such low position in Sur, however are less than slim as they have already lost 7 games, recording just three victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Glass could try to bring Las Animas' a little bit higher in the standings. Glass has a very solid season. In 4 games in Chile he scored 18.8ppg.
