Summary of the Case:

The American Player, Manuel Alejandro Suarez Montero, and his FIBA-Licensed Agent, David Brill, filed a claim against the Chilean Club, Club Escuela de Basquetbol Puerto Montt, for outstanding salaries, agent fees and interest. In accordance with Article 16.2 of the BAT Rules, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons.
