Chilean LNB 2 round 12 best performance: Travion Leonard

American Center Travion Leonard (205-C-1993, agency: Interperformances) put on an amazing game in the last round for Osorno, receiving a Hoops Agents LNB 2 Player of the Week award for round 12.
The 29-year old player had a double-double of 28 points and 14 rebounds, while his team edged out Liceo Curico (#11, 4-7) 68-67. Osorno is placed at 6th position in Chilean LNB 2. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Osorno will need more victories to improve their 7-4 record. In the team's last game Leonard had a remarkable 66.7% from 2-point range. He has many years of experience at Osorno, through which he has constantly improved. Former Barry University star has very solid stats this year. Leonard is league's best scorer averaging so far 25.9ppg and leads league in rebounds with 13.1rpg. Leonard is in league's top in and averages impressive 1.1bpg and 62.6% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was young Matias Lubiano (G-1999) of league's leader Sportiva Italiana. Lubiano had a very good evening with 23 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Of course he led Sportiva Italiana to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Luis Matte (#13, 4-8) 98-61. Of course Sportiva Italiana still keep the league's top spot. His team belongs to top of the standings with 10-1 record and is considered one of the main candidates for the league title. Lubiano is one of the most experienced players at Sportiva Italiana and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third on the list of top players last round was Franco Garrido (181-SF-1986) of Liceo PN (#3). Garrido scored 19 points and grabbed fifteen rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Liceo PN, leading his team to a 73-63 win against the lower-ranked Aleman (#10, 4-6). Liceo PN is closer and closer to top of the standings. They will still need more victories. But 9-2 record is not that bad... Garrido has a great season in Chile. After only 8 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 4.6apg (4th best). He also has 3.1spg and FGP: 62.5%.
