Lowery is back at Pilar, ex Quilicura

Club Atletico Pilar (La Liga Argentina) signed 25-year old American center Dishon Lowery (200cm-109kg-1998, college: OKBU) for upcoming 2023-24 season. It is actually his comeback to Pilar as he has played here before. Lowery played last season at CD Quilicura Basket in Chilean LNB league. He managed to play in three leagues in two countries last year. In 6 LNB games he had 13.8ppg, 8.0rpg and 2.0apg. Lowery also played for Pilar in Argentinian La Liga Argentina where in 19 games he recorded 12.4ppg, 8.5rpg, 1.2apg and 1.1bpg. The other team he played that season for was Ferro in Argentinian La Liga. In 8 games he averaged just 2.4ppg and 1.4rpg. He also spent pre-season at Espanol (LNB).
Lowery has played also professionally in Indonesia (Dewa United). His team made it to the SoCon Tournament Semifinals in 2017 and 2018.
He was voted to All-GAC Honorable Mention back in 2019.
Lowery graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University in 2020 and it will be his fourth season as a professional player. He played also for Wofford College for 2 years.
