Ancud inks Brent Jackson, ex M.Rehovot

Brent Jackson

The Asociacion Basquetbol Ancud (LNB) has signed Brent Jackson, a 29-year-old American swingman. Jackson, who stands at 193cm and weighs 91kg, played college basketball at Columbus State. Last season, he was the top scorer for M.Rehovot in the Israeli National League, with impressive stats of 19.9ppg, 5.6rpg, 3.0apg, and 1.4spg in 30 games. He was also named to the Eurobasket.com All-Israeli National League Honorable Mention for the 2022-23 season. In the previous season (2021-22), he played for Red Team in the Swiss league (SBL).
He's a highly experienced player, having played in seven countries across four continents: Europe, Asia, Latin America, and North America. He has professional experience in Brazil (Minas), Mexico (Libertadores and Ostioneros de Guaymas), Saudi Arabia (Al Hilal), Switzerland, Ecuador (Punto Rojo), and The Basketball Tournament (War Tampa).
His team reached the PeachBelt Tournament Semifinals in 2016.
He was a former Eurobasket Summer League (ESL) player, which is considered the top international summer league in the market.
He graduated from Columbus State in 2016, and this upcoming season will mark his eighth as a professional player. He also played for Tabor College for one year.
