Justin Satchell claims Chilean LNB Hoops Agents weekly honour

American-Dominican Rep. Justin Satchell (203-C-1995) put on an amazing game in the last round for Colegio Los Leones de Quilpue and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 7.
The 28-year old center had a double-double of 24 points and 11 rebounds, while his team crushed Castro (#10, 2-5) with 22-point margin 76-54. Thanks to this victory Los Leones moved-up to the 3rd position in Chilean LNB. They are still close to the very top. Los Leones would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 6-1 record. In the team's last game Satchell had a remarkable 69.2% from 2-point range. It was one of impressive evenings for him as usually he does not deliver so high stats. Justin Satchell averages this season 11.3ppg and 7.4rpg.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young Colombian shooting guard Alvaro Pena (197-SG-1995) of CD Universidad Catolica de Santiago. Pena impressed basketball fans with 34 points and 8 rebounds. Bad luck as Catolica was edged by league's leader Ancud (#1, 8-0) 86-84. Catolica is still in a red zone at 13th spot in the standings. 6 lost games are too many comparing to just one victory Catolica managed to get this year. Pena is one of the most experienced players at Catolica and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 20.0ppg (#4). The third best performed player last round was American Latraius Mosley (198-G-1990) of Club Deportes Castro (#10). Mosley showcased his all-around game by recording 26 points, 11 rebounds (!!!) and 4 assists in the last round. He was a key player of Castro, leading his team to a 85-84 win against the lower-ranked Catolica (#13, 1-6). Castro can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 2-5 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Mosley has a very solid season. In 7 games in Chile he scored 17.3ppg. He also has 7.6rpg and a FGP of 53.2%.
